A KEY to continual growth in our lives is to frequently give an HONEST assessment ourselves.
 
It can be uncomfortable, but nothing GREAT ever happens in our comfort zones.
 
Where am I? Am I moving forward? Do I even know where I am going? 
 
Take a few moments and answer the following questions: 
  • Do you think of yourself as a leader?
    If not, it's time to start - you ARE a leader - you are a leader of yourself.
  • Do you know you're a leader? 
    Are those you lead experiencing more than just being managed? Are experiencing transformation and inspiration to live out their best lives because of your example?
  • Do you have a strong strong of self?
    Would you say you are emotionally grounded and are experiencing purposeful endurance?
  • Are you dreaming and setting goals?
    All accomplishments begin with a dream from your imagination, which produces seeds that become ideas...and from our ideas we develop our goals.
  • Are you reaching your goals? 
    Do you feel as though you are hitting ceilings? Do you set goals and aren't reaching them? Or do you not even set goals out of the fear of being disappointed?
  • How is your self-awareness?
    The importance of self-awareness cannot be overstated when it comes to changing our lives and affecting the lives of those around us.
  • Do you feel as though you are living the life right now that you were created to live?
     
  • Do you feel like you're hitting roadblocks or SOMETHING (or someone ;)) is keeping you from living your full potential?

Those questions are to get you thinking about your personal growth, really your life's journey. Because real sustainable growth is not an event, it's a process... it's a journey. 


 

God has already placed within you all you need to live out your purpose and destiny, it's sometimes just a matter of unlocking the potential that is already within you.
